Daily Reports summarise changes in hotel prices, campaign updates and market trends at the end of each day. They give a pricing or revenue team the day's movement in one place, at the cadence near-term rate decisions are actually made.
What the report summarises
- Changes in hotel prices over the day
- Campaign updates across the properties you track
- Market trends observed in the same period
How to use it
- Send your request to your Senkrondata Project Manager to have the daily report set up.
Why hotels report daily where retail often does not
A retail price can sit unchanged for weeks; a hotel rate for a near-term date rarely does, because every booking removes inventory and changes what the remaining rooms are worth. That makes the useful reporting window much shorter — a rate view that is a week old may describe a night that has since sold out. Daily reporting on the near-term horizon is less about watching competitors closely than about the underlying product expiring every night.
